This is a typical cheesy Bollywood number from the 90’s. So, people who cannot stand fun and drama, kindly excuse. This movie, ‘Hero No.1’ was released in 1997 starring the reigning jodi{pair} of that time – Govinda and svelte blue-eyed doll Karisma Kapoor. After this movie and song, velvet became the rage. Even I got a nice blue velvet dress for Christmas. But my parents always got me loose clothing. So annoying, I tell you! And it was longer than I wanted. I think they were going for the ‘Sister Mary-in-Velvet’ look while I was picturing myself as Karisma Kapoor in this song. Anyway, a few years later, I tacked the hemline almost 10 inches. I did such a shoddy job in secret. So, my mum happened to notice {duh} that my dress had gotten a whole lot shorter. My reaction was ‘ignorance and surprise’. Say what, Mommy? Has it, really? I don’t think so. It was like this from before itself. Don’t you remember? Yeah, right! If she only took a peek under to see my horrible sewing skills! Anyway on my last visit, I noticed that dress is still in my mum’s house and guess what…. Well, it’s still looser and longer than I would want it. Phew, what were they thinking?
Anyway, this song is not really melodious and it doesn’t have lyrics that will twist and coil your heart and arteries. It’s a fun song. It’s light-hearted. But, it takes me back to a fond place and instantly makes me smile with nostalgia. So, I thought, what the heck? Let’s write a poem inspired by this gem. Keeping the tone of the song in mind, I’m going to write a cheesy poem too. It’s not very typical of me. I’m more into melancholy, romance and thought-provoking stuff with multiple layers and depth. But, let’s just have fun with this one, what say?
My Hero Number One – Ruelha
Your heart is golden. My peace you have stolen. You are my Bollywood hero, who hit my heart with Cupid's arrow. You are my number one. That place can be taken over by none. Outside, it seems to be cold. But the heat in me is uncontrolled. Listen to my heartbeat. Let's make love in your backseat. You are my hero number one. My dear, isn't this fun? Come along now, my golden hero. All these other men are just a zero. There was never a comparison. So stop behaving so arrogant. You are my hero number one. You're the one I'd rather have won. Because, your heart is golden. My peace, you have stolen. You are my Bollywood hero, who hit my heart with Cupid's arrow. You are my number one. That place can be taken over by none. You are my my, you are my, you are my, you are my...hero number one. To your, to your, to your, to your golden heart, I want to run. You are my my, you are my, you are my, you are my...hero number one. To your, to your, to your, to your golden heart, I want to run. You are my my, you are my, you are my, you are my...hero number one. To your, to your, to your, to your golden heart, I want to run. - RUELHA www.ruelha.com © Copyright Protected. I love the dancing in that video. Good Boliwood cheese. Did I mention we have a film industry in New Mexico called Tamalewood?

I don’t watch too much TV. In fact I don’t need a box in my house. I never turn it on. I have heard of the show though. But I do enjoy movies a lotttt. Certain TV shows from older days like Friends and the Big Bang Theory and That 70s show….those were just irresistible. Now I just quit TV.

We haven’t had TV in 35 years. We haven’t watched a movie in over a year now.

HERE’S MY FAVORITE NUMBER ONE HERO…..!
–
NEVER REALLY SEEN OR TOUCHED
–
She’s never been seen or touched,
Yet somehow he loves her much…..
So far away
She is today,
A pretty hard woman to clutch!
–
separated by thousands of miles,
He lives for her photographed smiles….
And occasional verse
Love seems a curse
Connected by video files!
–
Someday they say they’ll meet
Anticipation is sweet…..
Already toning down
His actions when around
His friend online that he’s eager to greet!
–
And what if husband or boyfriend
Are with her–he’ll still be a friend….
with anticipated
Greetings much deflated
He’ll ask if she could hug him again and again, and again…!

Haha As Soon As i Heard
The Word Velvet Can’t
Touch Human
Made Stuff
And Velvet
Is Among The
Most Discomfort
To Touch it’s Weird
As it Gives Me A Feeling
Of Discomfort yet
Not Pain
Just Worse
Than Pain
And Yes i’m Weird
Yet That’s Beside
The Point As i Bet
All The Young
Men Wanted
To Be Your
Hero Just
To Be
Closer To Your
Smile Doubt they
Even Noticed That
Baggy Long Blue
Velvet Dress You
Made
Short
And Tighter
He he if Not
Lost in Your Big
Sensitive Eyes
How
All
Princesses
True Touch
Others
Rue With
Innocent Warmth
Even If They Are Hotties
He
He😊
Oh Princess
Wings Still Now
Above Neck Treat 👸
And So Deep Within Warm☀️

You have a pleasant and much-telling language table here. The Google translator translated the following sentence:
”Sun zara sun kya kehti hai deewane dil ki dhadkan” to Finnish which is my mother language, like this “Kuule, mitä sanot, hullu syke sydämen”.
I wish you an enriching week 🙂
