- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup soya mini chunks
- 3 tbsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp jaggery powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2″ cinnamon sticks
- 1-2 green chili
- 4 small sliced onions
- 6 small chopped tomatoes
- 1/ pod garlic
- 1 cup rice, long grained preferably
- water
