Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup prawns
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 6 green chilies, finely chopped
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2″ ginger
- 1/2 egg {optional}
- 1 fresh bread slice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- salt to taste

Instructions:
- Marinate all the above-listed ingredients.
- Check if you need more binding. Adjust as required.
- Dip in breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry for around 5 minutes on each side.
