Recipe : Prawn Cutlets


  • 1/2 cup prawns
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 6 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2″ ginger
  • 1/2 egg {optional}
  • 1 fresh bread slice
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste


  • Marinate all the above-listed ingredients.
  • Check if you need more binding. Adjust as required.
  • Dip in breadcrumbs.
  • Shallow fry for around 5 minutes on each side.
