Recipe : Easy East Indian Crab Curry


Crush an entire pod of fresh garlic and sauté in oil for a few seconds. Add 2 slit green chilies to it. Then add the bottle masala and thickener followed by the cleaned crabs {2-4}, salt and some water. Once cooked, add green mango bits/kokam/a few drops of vinegar. Then add thick coconut milk extract. Serve hot. So so so easy and delicious.

    1. Oh yes, I’ve heard about the abundance of blue crabs in that region. So nice! You’ll get delicious soft shelled crabs too, right?…when they shed… I really like those ones. They’re so yum.
