Ingredients: makes 15-16chops
Filling: Cook this in pressure cooker for 5minutes. Then dry it in cooker itself till the mince cooks well for approximately 10minutes. But let it be a little moist for flavour and texture.
- 250gms Buff mince
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt
- Chop 2 medium onions finely, 1 green chili, 8 pearls of garlic and 1″ ginger or paste. Saute. Add 1/2 finely chopped tomato and saute. Add some chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pepper powder. Add the meat. Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1.5tsp vinegar and stir well. Add coriander leaves.
- Boil 4 large potatoes and mash well with salt.
- Form balls and stuff with this filling.
- Dip in beaten egg. Dredge in breadcrumbs.
