Martian Talk

I received a forward from a friend yesterday.
It was a funny video; this is what it conveyed.
The desperate need for a device, a translator.
To decode the words flowing out of her mouth, like an interpreter.
Women have been given flak for being too complicated and indirect.
Sending men up in a tizzy, attempting this art to perfect.
Although I have more estrogen than testosterone,
I'm going to take a dig at unearthing what the Martians want!

If you can cook, 'hungry' is relatively easy.
Unless the man in question is arguably fussy.
An empty stomach is a sure way to make them obnoxious.
Attraction and passion won't get you out of this, so be cautious.
Well, food is a basic need.
And a man just has got to feed.

Please never withhold 'sex', it's just plain cruelty.
It's like attempting to strip him of his masculinity.
Passion and intimacy is never a wager.
Treat it as food, just a different kind of hunger.
It's a compliment if he's interested and attracted to you.
Of course, unless that's all you'll ever do.

Most of them are easy, yet some incredibly complicated.
Fulfilling hungry and horney will not get them satiated.
Although a lot of men will fall in this category.
Some of them are a completely different story.
It would be unfair to generalize.
But try these basics first, and if these suffice.
Sure, a happy home and everything else looked after.
Balance the peace and egos, and you will be the master.

Well, they all have their passions and fascinations.
Some of them have collections and possessions.
Some like sports or smoking.
Hanging out with friends or drinking.
Some just want to sprawl and watch TV.
And some want to hustle it out and make money.

Now, it depends upon their choice of fascination.
If it's harmless, don't whine like it's a poison.
Let them have their boy toys and fulfill their passions.
Until and unless it dominates your lives like an obsession.
If it doesn't affect you or their wellbeing.
And sufficient time and attention, they still bring.
Let them have their cricket, gym, tools or golf.
Don't attempt to dictate like Adolf.

So here you have it, a blueprint of a translation.
Food, sex and some-or-the-other fascination.
Are they not deeper and emotional too?
Well, I'd like to believe they just control it better, unlike me and you.
