After the train journey, it was quite the entry. After a day in the train, A room would be better than champagne. But, remember what I told you? The timing was not appropriate too. So, our organizer tried and tried. By late evening, my brains got fried. Waiting right from noon. Was told it will come soon. All of us sitting in the mud. Old people and the young studs. All on the ground, anywhere seemed sound. My phone barely had any charge left. A teenager found me a point and helped with the quest. So I charged my phone, and called home. Told them the plight. Almost got into a fight. "Don't wait there. That is so unfair. Just fly back home. Leave the retreat alone." They were genuinely concerned. On mud I was sitting, they learned. From afternoon till evening. Nothing seemed to be progressing. Cochin airport is thirty minutes away. And I get unlimited free air tickets anyway. So I was advised to head back. And follow the logical comfortable track. Until I was assigned a room, I had to use the public washroom. It only smelled like an ammonia factory. As much as I'd like to hide, it was really dirty. Well, I had originally booked an entire room. But eventually had to share with three more whoms. Finally after seven hours, the keys were handed, and I rushed for a shower. Well, needless to say. I waited and stayed. In hopeful anticipation, of the coming days! ....to be continued! -RUELHA www.ruelha.com Β© Copyright Protected. All Rights Reserved. (Those are my roommates in the pic)

iT IS GOOD TO STAY AHEAD OF YOURSELF! WHILE I tend to write :off the cuff–so to speak—I do plan out certain projects, especially the more difficult ones. I did a whole series on the experiences I had during eye injection treatment—and gave my doctor a copy of it! I also planned on publishing poetry about my experiences in Rehabilitation after toe amputation. both of these series are in my blog, THE MARVELOUS MUMFORD, although probably out of order. The book was to be entitled “On the Receiving End”, which in my worldly experience was not a good idea given the possible allusion to gay men! OH!~
