Biotique Bio Fruit Review

Pricing: This is how it goes…INR 75 for a 50gms tube, 199 for 75gms jar and 140 for 100gms tube.

Packaging: If you notice the pricing, it’s a bit weird. The tube is cheaper in every way. Its definitely more hygienic to use a tube. But it’s also true that there is no wastage when you’re using a container with a wide opening/mouth. That way you’ll be able to scrape the bottom for every last bit. But since the tube is way cheaper, I recommend the tube which is more travel friendly too.

Physical Attributes: It has a nice peachy pink hue with a cement kind of consistency and texture. Basically, it’s a thick paste. It smells like…..

Ingredients: This mask has a mud base (fuller’s earty) and contains the goodness of pineapple, lemon, tomato and papaya amongst other ingredients.

How to use…

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly : I have been using Bio Fruit and Bio Mud for over a dozen years and they have been my favourite masks for so many years.

Not suitable for sensitive skin. Gives a burning sensation for the first few minutes

Biotique is a brand that aims at delivering ayurvedic products backed by scientific expertise.

No animal testing, dermatologist tested, no preservatives or chemicals as per their claim. They use natural botanicals that are cultivated, gathered, blended and manufactured in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Helps get rid of excess sebum and face gunk.

Clears out clogged pores very effectively.

Tones out oily skin. People with very dry skin should refrain from this product or any mud based packs. Clay is better for dry skin. Clarifies, tones without the drying effect.

Skin feels squeaky clean, soft and thoroughly cleansed because the mud really siphons out oil and other clogged bits.

I highly recommend using this or any good mud pack once a week for oily to normal skin.

Has a good shelf life of 3 years.

Verdict: I love mud based face packs especially natural ayurveda ones with AHAs and fruity goodness in an affordable container that’s so easy to use is just irresistible. I really like this mask a lot.
