Surpassing all understanding

Ruelha, 
I have reached a place,
   of unshakeable faith.
I'm not worried if there'll be food in my plate,
   or if I'm too late.
My faith comes from the Word.
    To some it may seem absurd.
But, I feel joy and peace.
     Not just an appetizer or tease.
But, it's a different kind.
     To many, I may seem blind.
In a bubble or a pod reclined.
     Far from reality to find.
Oblivious to the real world.
    In imagination and dreams twirled.
To some, I seem to be a lunatic.
     And some others, I appear as a fanatic.
But I tell you, this peace is different.
     And of my life, if has become significant.
I know the real world is cruel.
     I no longer think evil is unusual.
But still, I feel I'm in good company.
    Like I'm surrounded by unconditional love abundantly. 
The kind of faith....
    that never wins a verbal debate.
But, still a burning desire,
   ignites my soul with fire.
It's more than just a feeling.
   Makes me want to do things unappealing.
A conflict in my head,
   to be at peace with things I dread.
Not too long ago, the levels of anxiety,
   altering my heartbeat to that of insanity.
Choking with sadness,
   flushed perspiration and madness.
Now I found my peace,
    within His arteries.
Daily consecrated.
   all that was dilapidated. 
A new creature,
   with a new nature.
This place of faith,
   is where I wait.
From agony to joy.
   From guilt to peace.
From death to life.
   No more conflict and strife.
I feel refreshed.
   Denying the flesh.
Taming the soul.
   My spirit has taken control.
I'm leaning on Him.
   not on my weary limbs.
My hope and faith,
   in His love I bathe.

    At the Foot of Her Bed And Looked at Her With Words of Eyes that
    Dance And Sing
    Still in my Soul

        1. Really? That’s so surprising to me….I didnt know that bit. All my life, innumerable people have been asking me the meaning of my name….It doesn’t bother me that it was never intended to have meaning…but it seems to bother everyone who asks me….hahhahah….the closest match was a Muslim passenger on my flight….he told me it meant RUH/RUE – ALLAH which would translate as ‘the path to God’ in more than two languages….that seemed appealing πŸŒ»πŸ˜€πŸ€—β˜ΊπŸŽ€

            like the Tops

                    5. It was….I loved doing the international sectors. Hut domestic was just so tiring. Hated doing a different shift everyday….especially since most of them begun at really odd hours in the night. I don’t fancy aviation anymore…..it’s a different life altogether.🧳⏳πŸŒͺ
