Fifteenth August,
'My Daddy Strongest!'
In heaven now;
I'm not yet allowed.
Almost twenty-one years,
since the day of the worst...
Would have completed seventy-one.
He wasn't just anyone.
Happy birthday from all of us.
You see our best and our worst.
Water, land, air and heaven.
We'll meet again.
Though momentarily all separate.
Someday, together we'll celebrate.
In person we'll meet.
Spirit-to-spirit, with no limits.
Are you missing Mama's coconut cake?
Every year for you she baked.
We shall meet soon,
once the air runs out of this balloon.
But now, it's time to wait,
for this thing called fate.
Don't ever forget me Daddy.
I hope you're up there all happy.
Lots of love,
Chakluputti

My prayers are with you! My father died the following year – sometimes it seems forever away and sometimes it seems like yesterday.

Prayed for God’s comfort for you little sister. Though we feel the loss no matter how long it has been, we can take comfort in knowing we will see our loved ones again. You will see your dad again, he will know you, and he has not forgotten you.
Jesus loves you little sister π π π
