Congratulations, your prayer has healed you. Your prayer alone has given you deliverance and breakthrough. Right from the time of Abraham, the one to whom God listened and changed His plan. It was prayer that birthed Isaac. Likewise with King David... the one who danced in a trance, praising God naked. Prayer is what got him Goliath's head, when he should have been killed and dead. And ditto with the prophet Elijah, who raised the dead to life, even before the Messiah. When no one on earth had performed such a miracle, to such a novelty, prayers opened the door. So, it was their prayers, that took them up the spiritual stairs. Let's fast forward to the new testament. And get a feel of Jesus's sentiment. Remember the woman with the issue of blood who was adamant, to reach out and touch His cloak, the tip of His garment. And when Jesus restored sight to the blind beggar, and performed a miracle so stellar. And when Jesus healed those ten lepers? That one guy came back to thank Him, all eager. Do you remember the incident when the centurion didn't want to cause any disturbance? He felt unworthy to receive Jesus come to his home to heal his servant. I'm guessing that centurion for twelve hours prayed and kneeled. And only after that was his servant healed. No?!?!? He asked Jesus to just say the Word. Such was his faith, absolutely undeterred. So was it prayer, or was it faith? that caused all these miracles, is the debate! So what is faith; it's the opposite of doubt. You certainly don't have it if fear sprouts. Faith is the assurance of things hanging on the thread of hope; it is the conviction of things beyond your vision and scope. Only by faith can you impress God. That is the only acceptable currency in the heavens abroad. Because it is only by faith, that we have access into His grace. It is through faith, you move mountains. You will be unharmed though all drop dead around by the thousands. Hold fast to that shield of faith. And sometimes that means - just sit and wait. Don't be too anxious or troubled. There is no need to get hassled. Trust in God and lean not on your own understanding. Because somehow the one with faith will be the last one standing. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in YHWH, our God. For salvation is a gift of grace; but even that my dear, comes through faith. Therefore I urge you; walk by faith not by sight. Like Timothy, we must fight the good fight. I'm not against prayer. (without faith) But chances are, it won't get you there. If you want access to salvation's goodies, stop begging; smile and look up, trusting your Daddy. And if you just don't have faith, don't worry, it's never too late. Open your Bible, and aloud keep reading and reading. Because faith comes by hearing and hearing ....by the Word of God. But what about circumstances and uncooporating people? God will work it all for your good; just be peaceful. When Jesus raised Lazarus back to life, and the little girl, He put all the unbelievers outside. It was His faith, not that of the dead bodies. Yes, your faith can deliver an unbelieving somebody! Yes, prayer accompanied by faith can move mountains; but a thousand prayers by a thousand people with no faith will still do you no good. Because it is not the quantity and quality of your prayer, but the quantity and quanlity of your faith that is measured in warfare. Jesus always said, 'your faith has healed you'. Now, should that not be your cue? Faithfully, RUELHA www.ruelha.com

Wow, Ruelha, this is an amazing post, full of wisdom.
Faith is God’s gift to us.
Our faith definitely impresses God, because we walk by faith, and not by sight.
Faith is so precious, and we pray, as did the first disciples : ‘Lord, increase our faith’
Thanks for posting. π€π·
