I thank you for the gift of salvation. 
Because by your blood, I am saved from damnation.

I thank you for my good health.
Especially during these times, worth greater than wealth.

I thank you for blessing the work of my hands.
Because without your favour, it would all sink like in quicksand.

I thank you for renewing and restoring my youth.
And all that the lord of flies stole, but with wisdom tooth.

I thank you for being so kind and gentle.
With my foolishness and tantrums, you are still not temperamental.

I thank you for you have always been faithful.
Though the world stabs my back intermittently, for you I am grateful.

I thank you for waking me up each morning and this beautiful life.
And covering my ears when the serpent strikes.

I thank you for with you I am never alone.
Ever since in my heart you were enthroned.

I thank you for my exceptionally beautiful family.
Anointed and rooted in the Word, beyond practicality. 

I thank you for my Guardian Angel.
Sometimes I pity the guy for all his troubles.
 
I thank you for all my talents and blessings.
Some of them, quite surprising and undeserving.

I thank you for detangling my crazy mess.
Much worse than the most complicated game of chess.

I thank you for I am no longer spiritually blind.
Because now I can see beyond myself and mankind.

I thank you for sending the Helper, your Holy Spirit.
With Him in my body, salvation I inherit.

I thank you for taking over and fighting my battles.
While I sit back and enjoy, just changing channels.

I thank you for your unconditional love.
Through blood on that cross, and now as a dove.

I thank you for giving me, in my heart - this joy.
That nobody can do anything to steal and destroy.

I thank you for your loving grace.
For even when I'm bad, you still embrace.

I thank you for this confusing peace.
Which, in my opinion, is your masterpiece.

And most of all, I thank you for your Word.
It makes vivid, everything that was blurred.

  3. “Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of your Master” (Matt. 25:21), is what any of us should hope to hear more than anything when we meet Him. But, as we head toward that appointment with our Maker we should be striving always for excellence in our behavior and endeavors seeking to do His will. I see from your very beautiful words that is clearly your intention; and because I just yesterday shared some specific scriptures with two friends which I want to leave with you also as a third friend.     1. Wow….these are such beautiful verses. I love the 6th one especially because I can relate to that one the most at present. ( John 16:33). They’re all very uplifting. I have never heard of the prophet Zephaniah before. I do not have this book in my GNT. Thank you for sharing, Lawrence 🙏🌟😀✝️🌟🙏
