Why couldn’t we drive out the demons?

In the midst of the crowd,
this man came looking about.
Before Jesus he did kneel.
His pain the Lord did feel.
My son, he suffers from an evil spirit.
Even your disciples we did visit.
But none could heal him at all.
He'd just get a seizure, and falls.
How unbelieving and wrong you people are!
Even after I walked with you this far.
Confused, the disciples took Jesus aside.
Why not to our words did the demons abide?
It is because you have insufficient faith.
If that is the case, for your miracle - you'll only wait.
I assure you if you have faith just as much as a tiny mustard seed,
you will be able to pull out just about every weed.
You could do anything ...with a little prayer and fasting.
What is prayer? ...communion with God.
And fasting is nothing, but denial of the flesh -that is something to applaud!

Baptized in the Spirit, put on the complete armour of God.
Stay in communion, in one accord.
The Blood, the finished work of the Cross,
With these on guard you are never at loss.
The truth, the way and the life - readiness to proclaim;
use your authority in faith to reclaim.
Focus on the Word,
Don't fumble or the deliverance will be deferred.

    I say that Your path is unique and special whether religious or not …Just find your own truth within you from your inner inspiration…
    In-spiration or your God given message communicated with you and through you or within you …
    You have a natural special universal talent that can make a difference even for people living a simple ordinary life …You do not have to compare yourself to anyone …
    Choose your own path …

    1. Thank you for your inspiring comment, Echorizons. I agree with you heaven is a very mysterious place and the Bible only teases us with a few glimpses. We can only wait our turn to know the secret of the hidden realms. But it does give us some keys and although it may be difficult to comprehend the entirety of the revelations of the cosmos, we have been given just enough for our anxious and curious, but limited human minds 😃.
      Absolutely….each one’s path is unique and special whether religious or not.
      I will have to disagree with you on one point….the truth is the truth….there is just one truth; one’s perception may be different and unique, and that is absolutely acceptable and probably desirable depending on a case to case basis.
      Absolutely….I agree. We all have a unique path and we probably don’t know the ripple effects we create within the fabric of the universe and beyond. Small or big, we do make a difference – somewhere, somehow.
      I pray, both you and me make a good and positive impact with the time we have been given on earth….in our own way.

      1. There is a lockdown now …
        Some are taking enough precautions and some aren’t…
        The currency of Lebanon is being devalued due to some crisis but I think problems make us more powerful , wiser and greater in scope of consciousness…
